Paul Wyntergreen has done an amazing job of coordinating the project advancing to date.
The team completed a concept plan, which was approved by the OAP Board. Work is being completed for a TLT Facilities Grant for a Concept Study and Engineering Cost from a construction engineering group. We have scheduled meetings with ODOT engineers planned for this month.
