The Team is wrapping up the last detail comments to finalize the Conceptual 10% Design Plan Set being prepared by DOWL Engineering under a Tillamook County Transient Lodging Tax grant. The OAP should be receiving the final set in August for use in pursuing subsequent grants for any one (or combination) of the 8 path segments.

The final set will contain rough designs on an aerial for each segment of the pathway, indicating widths, materials, and which side of the road it is on, along with crosswalk, flashing beacon, and retaining wall locations. There will also be a cost estimate for each segment, adjusted over time for inflation, that can be used for grant requests.

The Team's next focus will be researching impending grant opportunities for full engineering, and eventually construction, on a segment by segment basis.
