The OAP Shared Use Path Team has completed its work with DOWL Engineering, including the engineering study and GIS survey for the proposed pathway connecting Netarts, Oceanside, and Cape Meares. The study has been shared with appropriate County and State agency partners as we continue coordinating next steps.

The Team has also been developing a Community Pathway Naming Competition, including guidelines and a process that will invite residents to submit ideas and participate in selecting a name reflecting our communities and coastal environment.



To keep everyone informed while the project remains in its early planning stages, we will post this high-level project map on the OAP webpage. More detailed findings and recommendations will be shared as the project progresses and at the appropriate time.
