The Shared Use Path Team successfully engaged DOWL Engineering to complete a GIS study and concept-level design, funded through a Tillamook County grant. This important step will help define feasible routes, identify potential challenges, and guide the development of a comprehensive funding strategy. Over the coming several months, the team will work closely with DOWL to refine next steps and position the project for future implementation.



Team members also participated in the recent ODOT Community Transportation Outreach meeting, advocating for inclusion of the Shared Use Path in the 2026 Tillamook County 20-year Transportation Plan. This inclusion is critical to advancing the project and unlocking future funding opportunities. We continue to collaborate closely with ODOT and Tillamook County Public Works to ensure this priority remains front and center.
