OAP’s cell tower partner project lead attended a briefing convened by the Oceanside Water District Chairman. Representatives from Couger Ridge Development, the Water District engineering team, and the cell tower company reviewed and documented each party’s project requirements. The meeting’s objective was to align plans for future development and ensure Couger Ridge infrastructure decisions do not adversely affect concurrent or planned projects.

Also, per the February Team Update, we have initiated contact with a second cell tower developer. Their Territory Manager is preparing a budget authorization request to enable a technical team visit to Oceanside to assess candidate tower sites and develop a cell site budget. Our team will coordinate visit logistics and provide support to the scouting team as required.
